The opening ceremony was attended by: Chairman Organizing Committee “EXPO-RUSSIA” D. Vartanov, Exhibition Director S. Zabelina, Ambassador  of Russia in Jordan A. Kalugin, Chairman of Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Jordanian part of the Russian-Jordanian Business Council Nael Kabariti, The President of the Russian part of Russian-Jordanian Business Council E. Novitsky. The greetings from ministries and agencies of Russia, and the leadership of the CCI were read.

During the exhibition, immediately after the official opening ceremony the meeting of Russian-Jordanian Business Council was held. The meeting was chaired by the head of the Russian part of Russian-Jordian Business Council  E. Novitsky and Nael Al Kabariti - Chairman of the Jordanian part of the Russian-Jordanian Business Council, the Chairman of Jordan Chamber of Commerce, with the participation of delegations of regional administrations and companies of  Russia and the Middle East.

This year, the leading Russian companies take part in the exhibition. Among them: Atomstroyexport, Rosatom, JSC Rosenergoatom, Atomenergoproekt, Atomenergoprom, Inc. Gidropress, Research and Production Center "ANOD", JSC "Company trailers" CAPRI ", JSC" PROTON ",  “Solid Bank”, Zarubezhneft, Petrohim Engineering, Inc. ELKAM-Neftemash, JSC Russian Railways, and many others.
