In accordance with the Concept of the Russian car-making industry development, which was adopted by the Russian Government, Euro 2 standards will be a must for Russian car-makers from 2004. According to the schedule approved of by the Board of Directors of UAZ OJSC, the enterprise is implementing a series of investment projects for making cars that meet the Euro 2 requirements.
