Forum of business circles of Russia and the Netherlands

The forum program:

Day 1. Arrival at the airport Shipholl (Amsterdam).

Moving by train «Sneltrein» (1 hour 50 min) Hardenberg Province Overseyl.

1 and 2 day participation and visiting international exhibitions at the Congress Center «Evenementenhal Hardenberg».

Exhibition-Fair of Water Technology «Aqua Nederland Hardenberg - 2014".

Electronics Industry Exhibition «Elektro Vakbeurs Hardenberg - 2014".

At the end of the exhibition - moving to the city of Utrecht.

Day 3. The opening ceremony

10:30 - 13:30 Conference "Russian-Dutch economic cooperation at the current stage and perspectives for expansion" in the Chamber of Commerce of Utrecht.

13:30 - 14:30 Lunch

14:30 - 18:00 Presentation of the Russian and Dutch sides, then work will continue by sectors in the following directions:

  • Energy, including nuclear power , alternative energy development and joint development in the field of energy saving;
  • Water Technologies;
  • Mineral resources and environmental management;
  • The electronics industry;
  • Logistics , air and road transport , railway infrastructure;
  • Health care, medical and pharmaceutical industry;
  • Information technology and telecommunications;
  • Agriculture - investment projects aimed at the efficient use of natural resources, the introduction of modern technologies;
  • Banking and investment sector;
  • Jewelry industry.

For companies that don't belong to these sectors will be organized the separate section. The leaders of innovative regional clusters of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the delegation of Russian regions with cooperation agreements with the provinces of the Netherlands are invited to the forum.

Moving to Amsterdam.

19.00 Solemn dinner.

Visiting by businessmen from Russia of shipbuilding, food processing, light industry, pharmaceutical industry, tourism companies.
Round tables with participation of heads and senior officials of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Cooperative Development, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Netherlands.

5 - 6 days. Cultural program is planned for the participants of the forum. It includes:

Sightseeing tour in Utrecht ( the Duomo, the Astronomical Observatory Sonnenborg ) and in Amsterdam (the Royal Palace, the Van Gogh Museum, National Museum of the Rijksmuseum , the Rembrandt House Museum , Diamond Factory «Gassan Diamonds», the famous attraction " The Amsterdam Dungeon ," Palace of the national industry, " Floating Dutchman" - bus amphibious tour along the streets and canals.

7 day. Returning to Moscow. Departure time and flight number will be refined.
