BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla is a leader of teacher education, the largest scientific and cultural center of the Republic of Bashkortostan. BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla is a network university of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization University, Russia's flagship university for the promotion of the Russian language in the SCO countries and an operator for the construction of Russian-Kyrgyz schools in the Kyrgyz Republic. BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla cooperates with more than 50 foreign partner universities.
BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla includes:
• 5 institutes;
• 4 faculties;
• The institute of continuing education;
• College;
• Numerous research, scientific and educational centers and public organizations.
BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla offers a wide range of programs to applicants: 15 college majors, 126 undergraduate programs, 101 master's programs and 27 postgraduate programs. Every year, the university opens new areas that are in demand on the labor market.
Alongside with the teacher education, translators, designers, tutors and defectologists, IT specialists and engineers, biologists, geneticists and ecologists are trained at BSPU n.a. M. Akmulla. In addition, training on new competencies is underway. The university prepares mentors, game masters and social entrepreneurs.
More than 19,000 students and more than 500 foreign students from 23 countries of the world are studying at the university in various areas. Our students and teachers participate in the work of experimental sites, a business incubator, theatrical, musical, sports venues and sections.
